The VRBO website has always erroneously listed Carillon Beach as located at "Sunnyside, West Panama City Beach, Florida". However, Carillon Beach is actually a private gated community located 2.3 miles West of Sunnyside and 6 miles West of Panama City Beach, FL.

Please - No pets, No events, No smoking, No groups of under 25. Generations rents primarily to families.

Celebration Beach House is rented for a 7 night minimum stay during the following times of the year: 

• Spring Break weeks in March and Fall Break weeks in September and October are Saturday to Saturday
• Summer months through Fall Break -  from around the 1st of May through the middle of October, Saturday to Saturday 
• Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays require a 7 night minimum beginning and ending with any day of the week.
• Most other dates have a 3 or 4 night minimum.

Our guests pay 50% to secure a confirmed reservation at the time of booking.  The balance of 50% is paid 30 days before check-in.  All amounts paid initially are refunded if the guest cancels 60 or more days prior to check-in.  In the event that Florida’s governor orders an evacuation because of a storm, our guests will be given the option of a credit for all unused nights to a later date or a refund for the nights that are included in the mandate.
