When you rent the 3000SF Celebration Beach House you receive complimentary 8 Beach Chaise Lounge Chairs with Umbrellas set up daily by the beach service from March 1 - October 31! Guests can contact the Beach service to rent additional "sets" of 2 chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas with daily or weekly rates. Folding/portable chairs are provided by Celebration for extra beach chairs and for outdoor concert chairs. Forget about Having to make an Early Morning Trip to Save Your Spot on the Beach! It's been Reserved Just for You with 8 Beach Chaise Lounge Chairs! Have Fun on the Large Uncrowded, Beautiful, and Award Winning Beach! Enjoy the Privacy! Build sandcastles with the kids, Crab Hunt by Flashlight at night, and Bike the 18+ mile newly completed 30/30A Bike Trail from Carillon to Dune Allen.The path is mostly flat and is family friendly. The trail winds past rare coastal dune lakes, state parks (like Topsail Hill Preserve, Grayton Beach, and Deer Lake), and through several small beach towns.

Celebration is a Stunning 5 Bedroom 5 Bath Beach House with partial views of the Gulf. 4 King Beds and 4 XL Twin Beds.

This 3 story Beach House welcomes you to one of the best locations in Carillon Beach, Florida. Sitting immediately across from the sand dune Beach walkover on Beachside Drive, Celebration has a huge wrap around porch that catches the Gulf breezes. The second floor balconies have views of the Carillon Beach community and the Gulf.

The 1st Floor has 1 King Bedroom with a full Bath which was totally updated in 2025, a Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer and the 2nd Refrigerator/Freezer. The Open Floor Plan includes the Living Area with plenty of Seating, the Dining Area with large Table that seats 9, and Island that seats 4 and the large well equipped Kitchen with quartz countertops and new Cafe Range with Induction Cooktop and 2 Ovens plus a quiet Bosch Dishwasher and room for multiple cooks. The 1st Floor requires 4 outside steps to enter.

A Rinnai tankless hot water system provides endless hot water - even when all shower at the same time.

On the 2nd floor Guests have their choice of 3 King bedrooms all with balcony access and all with newly remodeled private bathrooms.

The 3rd floor really takes Celebration to the pinnacle of vacation fun! Four extra-long twin beds anchor a full floor suite of Bunk Room plus the TV/Game Room/Sitting Area plus a Full Bath with two pedestal sinks and walk-in shower. Each bed has it own bookshelf with a light for reading and electrical outlet for charging mobile devices.

Celebration features 4 50" HDTVs in the bedrooms, 65 inch HDTVs in the 2 separate living areas. Access on the TVs to YouTube TV and many Apps. In the 3rd floor living area there is a WiiU console, 4 Remote Controllers with games, plus Board Games.

THE CARILLON BEACH COMMUNITY

Guests have free access to The Bellview Pool, the Lake Carillon Pool and the Gulf Front Beach Club Pool which has handicap access to the Beach (two of the pools are heated seasonally), a hard surface Tennis Court, 2 Pickle Ball Courts, a full size Basketball SportsCourt, playground with playhouse and lawn game areas. Guests have a short walk to "Downtown" Carillon with Restaurants, General/Souvenir Store where you can rental bikes and paddle boards, Fitness Center (merchant charges a fee), Wine and Coffee Shop, Hair Salon/Spa, Pilates Studio, and a Fishing Pier on Lake Carillon. Guests enjoy free monthly summer concerts at Carillon Beach's Village Green on the shore of Lake Carillon

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

The Community of Carillon Beach, FL, a private, gated and guarded coastal community, is located halfway between Destin and Panama City, FL. It is 1.5 miles East of Inlet Beach and 7 miles West of Panama City Beach. Any designation (by some rental sites) that Carillon is located in "Sunnyside" is incorrect. Carillon Beach is 8 miles West of Sunnyside. Celebration Beach House is as close to the Gulf as you can get without being Beach Front, sometimes referred to a being "1 back".

GETTING THERE

Private and Commercial Flights arrive at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) which is 18 miles East of Carillon. Commercial only Flights arrive at Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) which is 47 miles West of Carillon. From fishing to hanging out on the beach to shopping, Celebration is in a great 'hub' location. Golfers can choose from among 8 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Dine at world class local restaurants or cook in a large, well equipped kitchen. Don't like to cook? You may want to hire a personal chef.
